Cut 1cm
slice lengthways off the top of the loaf, carefully pull out the bread,
Replace
the lid and place on a baking tray, cook in a preheated moderate oven (180C,
350F) for about 15 mins, till crisp,
Meanwhile
to make the filling, melt the butter in a pan.
Stir in
the flour and cook for 1 min, remove from heat and gradually add milk,blending
well
Bring
to boil and cook for 2-3 mins stirring constantly, until smooth and thickened,
Stir in
the mushrooms,parsley and salt & pepper to taste,
Fill the
loaf shell with the mushroom mix and replace lid,
Return
to the oven and bake for 10 mins,
Serve
hot, cut into think slices
I often cook this vegetable curry an then also make up crepe's and place the curry mix on top of a crepe rolling it up. Myself i think it tastes great and have had people who arent vegetarian want the recipe for it.
Cook vegetable's
in a pan of boiling water for 10 mins, drain thoroughly,
Place
oil in pan,
Add onion
and fry on a low heat for 5 mins
Stir in
the curry powder and paprika, blending well, cook for 3 mins further
Add the
tomato paste, lemon juice, milk, blending well,
Bring
to the boil reduce heat and simmer,uncovered for 10 mins
Add vegetables
to curry sauce, cook over gentle heat till vegetables are warmed through
about 10 mins
Melt the
butter in a pan,
Add the
onion,garlic and celery, cook till softened, about 5 mins
Add rice,
blending well and cook a further 5 mins, stirring occasionally,
Stir in
the mushrooms, sweetcorn cornels and stock,
Bring
to boil,
Then transfer
to casserole dish
Cover
and cook in a preheated moderate oven (180C, 350F)for 35 mins,
Stir in
the raisins and nuts, blending well, add a little extra stock if needed,
then cover and cook for a further 10 mins,
Serve
hot
Mash beans
in a bowl,add instant potato, zucchini, onion, egg and curry powder,
Shape
into 6 patties,
Place
in fridge to set for 20-30 mins
Heat oil
in frypan, cook patties, until golden brown on both sides,
Serve
on rolls, with the salad
